Carol provides a warm, grounded space for individuals to navigate their internal landscapes. Through her writing and teachings, she explores love not simply as an emotion, but as a steady, deliberate practice that brings resilience and deep connection to everyday life.

Love is not simply something we fall into.
It is something we practice—day by day, choice by choice.
For a long time, I believed love was something we arrived at.
A place we reached once we had done enough healing,
or found the right circumstances.
I kept working toward it—
trying to become the version of myself who could be consistently loving, especially to those closest to me.
But real life has a way of gently undoing good intentions.
In the complexity of relationships—
in the moments that asked more of me than I felt able to give—
over time, through the guidance of mentors, the insight of authors and experience, I began to see—sometimes slowly, sometimes reluctantly—that love isn't something to find and keep.
It was always there, even when I lost awareness of it. I had to learn how to return to it. Again and again.
Not as a feeling to wait for,
but as a steady, deliberate way of being.
This shift changed everything.
Love became less about perfection
and more about presence.
Less about certainty
and more about staying open.
Not something fragile—
but something practiced, strengthened, and lived.

Through books and reflection,
we explore love as a steady, daily way of relating to ourselves and the world—
We learn to notice what pulls us away and how to gently return—
So insight becomes something you carry with you.
The Holding Space Practice offers a gentle, structured way to remain present in moments that feel difficult—
So you can respond with awareness instead of reactivity.
Through principle-based learning, we engage practical, foundational ideas that deepen understanding and support lasting change—
So what you learn becomes part of how live.

In Love as a Principle of Power,
we move beyond the fleeting nature of emotion
and begin to see love as something steadier—
a way of relating we can return to.
This book offers a grounded framework
for staying present in what is difficult,
building emotional resilience,
and for deepening connection—
with ourselves and with others.

When I step away from teaching and writing,
my days return to quieter rhythms.
Not in grand gestures,
but in the way I stay with what is here—
tending, noticing, returning.
The first hour of the day begins in quiet,
before the world begins to ask anything of me.
In that space,
I listen, I pray,
and allow myself to be gently aligned again.
Sometimes it is enough to move gently through the day,
to notice light, change, and breath
without needing to arrive anywhere.
Even here,
there is a quiet conversation unfolding.
I return to what is already in front of me—
watering, adjusting, making space for growth.
In these small acts,
care becomes attention,
and attention becomes a quiet form of prayer.
I share occasional reflections on love, healing,
and the quiet practice of expanding love—
drawn from my work and everyday life.
If this resonates,
you're welcome to join me.
Exploring love not as a feeling,
but as something we practice—
in how we live and relate each day.
