For many years I believed my value came from what I accomplished. Sitting still felt uncomfortable, even irresponsible. Yet some of the deepest healing in my life began when I stopped trying to fix myself and simply learned to stay with what was already there.

Even now, I sometimes forget this and find myself striving again. Module 1 is an invitation to return—to the quiet place beneath effort where awareness can begin.
