Lani’s lively, creative exercises invite us to move, laugh, and discover the stories we all quietly carry. Stories we’ve tucked away—or thought were too ordinary to matter—can reveal unexpected meaning.
Sometimes, as we tell a story in a new way or to a new person, we surprise ourselves with what we hear coming out of our own mouths.
Lani trains us to listen more fully to one another. When we feel genuinely seen, heard, and validated, old stories come into a new light. This opens space for understanding and for long-held patterns to shift.
As we begin to hear ourselves and others with more curiosity about the experiences beneath the words, we develop a greater appreciation for how stories shape us.
Drawing on her background in yoga and embodied awareness, Carol helps us notice how the body communicates information. Habitual tension, posture, and gestures can offer clues to subconscious patterns and inner intelligence.
As our stories unfold through engaging group activities, Carol invites us to meet what we discover with gentleness and generosity—and to offer that same compassionate attention to others as they begin to see themselves more clearly.
Her work is grounded in a fresh understanding of love: not as judgment or force, but as a source of inner authority that helps us feel more spacious, less guarded, and more free to be ourselves and let others be who they are.
Across three days, we’ll move between lively group activities, personal reflection, meaningful conversation, and a creative art process guided by professional artist Kristin Webster. We’ll make room for time outdoors, shared meals, and pauses to let the experience settle. Together, we’ll explore the stories we carry and how they shape the relationships that matter most.
