How do we understand and deepen love of self and the people who matter most to us?
Explore the stories that shape how we experience ourselves and others. Join us in the serene mountain landscape of Park City to cultivate deeper self-understanding, presence, and authentic connection, whether attending individually, with a partner, or as a family.
A retreat designed to engage you—mind, body, story, and relationship.
Who am I? What is my story?
What stories have shaped the way I experience myself and others?
What becomes possible when I can meet myself and others differently?
What will I carry forward into the relationships
that matter most?
Two perspectives. One shared exploration.

Carol is the author of Holding Space Practice and Love as a Principle of Power. Her work brings together inner-story work, embodied awareness, and the practice of holding space—helping people notice what is happening within them and stay present with what they discover. As a teacher and mentor, she invites people into practices that can be experienced, not simply understood.

Lani brings together her work in psychology and storytelling to help people discover the stories that have shaped their lives and the meaning they have made from them. She creates space for people to look at their experiences with curiosity and perspective, opening new ways of understanding themselves, their relationships, and what might be possible. Her approach makes room for both the complexity of our stories and the possibility of seeing them in a new way.

There will be teaching and storytelling, conversation and reflection, movement and creative practice, time outdoors, good food, and room to simply be. Some moments will invite you inward. Others will bring you into conversation with someone else. The days are intentionally structured, while leaving room for each person to experience them in their own way.

Come curious.
Come as you are.

Whether you come on your own, with a spouse or partner, family or close friends—there is room to experience the retreat in your own way.
