Sunsalutes are, in and of themselves, a warm-up. Sometimes it's nice to have some optional gentle stretches before the Sunsalute series. Also, learn some history of yoga.

Shoulder warm-up and instruction before starting Sunsalutes

Memorization focused practice: All standing, then seated through Marichiasnana
